2014 Sparkling Astral Dry Cider

Silver Medal winner at the 2017 Australian Cider Awards for traditional dry cider.  Medium gold in appearance with a good tight aroma. Clean apple flavour.

2015 Sparkling Astral Dry Cider

Our 2015 Dry Astral Sparkling Cider is a dry, traditional, sparkling apple cider. Yeasty and floral. Good structure and acid backbone.  It was awarded a Bronze Medal at the 2016 Tasmanian Cider Awards.

2016 Astral Dry Apple Sparkling Cider

The taste is fresh and sharp. The finish is decisive with just a little bit of drying tannin.

2017 Sparkling Quasar Dry Cider

A blend of our cider apple and quince fruit, this cider has an unmistakable fruity aroma and a clean and refreshing quince flavour. Slightly astringent, it is the perfect cider to pair with rich dishes such as duck, pork or eggplant.
