Pomologist Cider is a small batch, hand-crafted, traditional cider from the Southern Highlands of NSW. Using biodynamic orcharding methods, the heritage cider apples are grown on espaliers, hand pruned and nurtured. The fruit is hand-picked and selected for ripeness and processed in small batches to produce Pomologist Cider’s award winning traditional cider.



Made from English and French cider apples and heritage apples grown on the farm - real cider made in Australia.
